MOLD & PRODUCTION

Step 01 — Tooling

We develop the injection mold based on the product structure, material, production volume, quality requirements, and expected mold life.

The mold design takes into consideration:

• Mold structure
• Cavity layout
• Parting line
• Gate design
• Cooling system
• Ejection system
• Sliders and lifters where required
• Surface finish
• Expected production requirements

The goal is to build tooling that is appropriate for the actual product and production plan.

Step 02 — Trial Molding

After the mold is completed, we conduct trial molding to evaluate both the mold and the molded product.

Trial samples are checked for issues such as:

• Product dimensions
• Appearance
• Flash
• Sink marks
• Warpage
• Short shots
• Ejection
• Assembly and fit

If adjustments are required, the mold or production parameters can be refined before mass production.

Step 03 — Injection Production

Once the trial samples meet the agreed requirements and are approved, the mold moves into injection molding production.

Production is carried out according to the approved product specifications and quality requirements.

Depending on your needs, production can support smaller initial batches as well as larger-volume manufacturing.

Result:
A tested and approved mold ready to produce consistent injection molded parts.
